Die spätere 1541-II bekam von Commodore ein anderes Gate-Array, das noch mehr Funktionalitäten integriert hat. RommudohAt least my three <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Commodore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Commodore</a> 1541-II drives are fine. They read my floppies and pass the tests. One of them even shows perfect <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/alignment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#alignment</a> scores. I'll leave the 1571 alone for now, until I find a replacement or other solution. Next, I still have a VC-1541 to repair. It had a bit of rust, too.
