Why then is Russia one of only three countries not subject to tariffs?</p><p>Don't say it's because Russia is already under sanctions. We imported $3 bn from Rusia last least, three times as much as <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Ukraine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Ukraine</span></a>.</p>
