Graham Rossiter<p>I've just had a work meeting where I chose to have one of the hardest conversations of my life. I disclosed being a <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/DomesticAbuse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DomesticAbuse</span></a> survivor. Survivor's guilt. The impossible-to-displace belief that it was my fault, that I enabled it. Irrational, illogical, clearly untrue, but this is what a controlling & coercive abuser does. They gaslight and erode you until they've destroyed you. He's long dead but is still controlling me now. I'll never heal from this. I'm mentally damaged for life.</p>
