Wieso kann ich einen #mailbox_org iCal Link nicht in der #macOS #Kalender App einbinden? Ich gehe über File > New Calender Subscription und da paste ich den Link von dem freigegebenen mailbox.org Kalender rein.

Das ?ical=true habe ich hinten an den Link angehängt. Ohne geht es aber auch nicht.

Dann kommt folgender Fehler:

There was an error subscribing to the calendar.

There was an unexpected error with the request on subscribed calendars (error 500).

More modern #MacOS stuff anoyance. I kinda hate that camera notch on MBA. I really did not think about it and expected they designed it so that OS will never position menu item there but nope, they will happily draw items behind the notch and you will be left to search for them like in cellar without a torch.

Is there a MacOS GUI tool that's good for comparing hard drives to find out which files on one or the other are unique?

I've got hard drives where they're substantially the same (backups), but there are enough unique files (not just unique versions but unique files) that I just need help finding those faster so I know what I have and what I can erase and re-dedicate. #MacOS #AskFedi

Another small detail I’ve implemented in #Oliphaunt: the Lists timeline now synchronises with the sidebar’s Lists group. Quite pleased with the smooth animation — it’s those subtle touches that make the difference.

Has anybody worked with a shuttle control in Audacity on MacOS? Many years ago I had a Griffin PowerMate but those have been discontinued and unsupported for years. Countour Design has some that look interesting but I can only see Audacity support up to Audacity 2, which was also years ago.

It'd help if whatever I get also works with FinalCut Pro.
