What multi-lingual content support does #PeerTube have?

Does it support language-specific subtitles/closed captioning?
Does it support different audio tracks per-language?
Or at least linking videos together semantically with some kind of "this is a translation of the other video" relationship?

If not PeerTube, does anyone know of a different #FOSS video hosting software or platform for content creators?

Amazing what high-quality stuff is showing up on YouTube these days. There's gonna come a point when we don't even need professional streaming services. Imagine if all this kinda stuff was on #PeerTube. Real democratic media could be our future.

I don't think I've directly mentioned this yet, so I'm doing so now.

Please, if you make #videos both on #YouTube and a more open or decentralised service like #PeerTube mention it either directly in the video or in the description or channel bio. All the extensions in the world to prevent YouTube from not only making it harder for me to see what I want to see, but to prevent them from stealing your ad revenue, will eventually fail and #Google will eventually win because it's their platform.
