High tide will peak about 10:30 am (at SF station 9414290) Thursday, resulting in minor coastal flooding for low lying, flood-prone spots adjacent to the San Francisco Bay.</p><p>PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS: If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
