Jake in the desertPretty upset I didn't get to see Morphine before Mark Sandman passed. I ALMOST did. We were going to, and then we found out that he was gone. Mark MADE his own 'bassitars' - they have only a couple strings (you can see one in this first video!) I got hooked in the 90s with "Sharks" and this RIDICULOUSLY good song, "Honey White"<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ1T3x2fEiU" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ1T3x2fEiU</a>and then "Souvenir" was from their last album, The Night, in 2000. I listened to this album a TON. Guy was a genius.
