Bernice King spoke at the annual service in Atlanta to commemorate her late father and warned against anti-woke rhetoric. “To be woke is to be aware of oppression and commitment to justice,” she told the congregation at Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Martin Luther King Jr. had been preacher.
