Statt Milch zu trinken oder Joghurt zu essen kann man genausogut Vollkornbrot, grünes Gemüse, Nüsse/Samen usw essen. Das hat genausoviel Kalzium oder gar mehr.
Und das Bakterium Bifidobakterien gibt es in fermentierten Lebensmittel wie Sauerkraut, Kimchi, saure Gurken, Tempeh, Kombucha, usw.
Man braucht keine tierischen Produkte für einen gesunden Darm!
@isAutonomous What I've learned from the #ZoeScienceNutrition podcast is indeed that it's the fermented food that provides the bacteria that help to improve your gut health. So that could be yoghurt made from cow milk, but soya yoghurt is also fermented and actually healthier than dairy products. In general their scientists do not see much benefits coming from meat and dairy products, but advocate plant-based food to prevent health issues.
