Russell T. Davies has announced a new "Doctor Who" spin-off, "The War Between The Land And The Sea." The show will star Russell Tovey and Gugu Mbatha Raw. Both have appeared in the series in the past, but will play new roles. Jemma Redgrave will be back as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, and Alexander Devrient returns as Colonel Ibrahim. The five-part series was announced at San Diego Comic-Con. Here's more from the BBC.
