It’s a good read and it expanded my understanding of who these people are. Doesn’t explain why, but it’s helpful. They are my neighbors, sadly. They are people who have chosen to consume routine lies, so routine that they can no longer distinguish between obvious lies, likely lies, and possible lies: the more outrageous the more credence they apply. It’s really fucked up.
