If you are using a slicer from the PrusaSlicer family (incl. Orca, Bambu) and your 3d printer seemingly just cannot print supported overhangs without them sticking to their supports like heck and generally coming out completely awful even with huge z gaps: go check if your printer profile enabled 'thick bridges' by default (external thick bridges in Orca), disable it, thank me later. It leads to under-extrusion and thus destroys the overhang layer's cohesion. #3dprinting #prusaslicer #orcaslicer
