Are these the same #Mets who beat the #Dodgers 2 out of 3 games before coming to SF? Or are the #Giants who took the last 2 games from them actually better than LA? 🤔

Whichever the case, I'm glad to see it.

The Giants beat the Mets 1-5 last night. Webb pitched 8 full innings, throwing 106 pitches and giving up 6 hits w/4Ks & only 1 BB. Tyler Rodgers (RHP) had trouble in the 9th giving up 3 hits & 1 run but Doval came in w/2 MOB & no outs to bail him out and get his 4th save of the season. 👏

The Giants were only able to score 2x but they did it with men on base when it counted -- 3 in the 5th and 2 in the 7th -- which was refreshing because this has been a rarity to date.

What hasn't changed is Soler's inability to hit. 🤦‍♂️

Soler struck out 3 out of 4 ABs last night & I'm still perplexed why the media is silent about it. 🤔

Snell is starting today. So, who knows what's going to happen but if the "#CyYoung version of Snell shows up the Giants could finally get "back to a 500 @ 13-13.
