1. Wrote a thousand words of my Star Trek book and posted a blog post too, big writing day!
2. I was tired and sore, but it was from doing a GOOD workout the day before!
3. I DIDN'T have a meltdown when I discovered one of my regular walking spots is now off limits. I was annoyed and a bit sad, but not disregulated, huge win!
1. Managed a workout today!
2. Had a tasty mac and cheese for dinner.

I was absolutely exhausted yesterday so here's a morning #3GoodThings!
1. Had a decent night's sleep.
2. Added reading a few pages of non fiction to my morning routine, just a couple of days so far but a nice addition!
3. I spotted my obsessive, intrusive thoughts BEFORE I started to act on them, huge win even if it still sucks to think these things.
1. Sci fi, just generally, it brings me so, so much joy!
