Finished stuff. First my #Mordheim or #BloodBowl #Medieval #Marginalia. After some highlighting up the garbage contrast paints and finishing the bases i was quite happy.

Second my ancient #BattleMasters ogre for #RangersOfShadowDeep. He's hideous and has five knuckles on his left fist. But he's fun.

Medieval marginalia figures in white metal, all painted to resemble drawings from the margins of manuscripts. They're all set on bases with flowers. There are weirdos such as Smiling Squatting Horned Demon With Befuddled Face On His Tummy, or Happy Bearded Face With Bear Ears Purse On Disembodied Legs, or Massive Head With On Backwards Hooved Legs With Dog Head On Top And Hand Nose Holding Sword, or Belligerent Dog With Shield And Spear Riding Bunny That's Not Understanding The Dog's Orders, or my favourite Half Fox With Crowned Human Skull Head

My sanity sink right now is tinkering with a setup to play little solo/co-op skirmish wargames like “Five Leagues from the Borderlands” or “Rangers of Shadow Deep”.

An overdue Xmas present came in today - a neoprene gaming mat with a grass texture on it - and it happens to go really well with the other stuff I put together.

Haven’t started a game yet but getting really close!

Also played #RangersofShadowdeep last night. Second time we tried the staircase, and this time we completely rocked it, taking down giant flies and cockatrices left and right like we were in some Doom mod.

Four pictures of a giant terrain piece that is basically slanted rock face with many stair steps sticking out of it and a few gnarly organic looking things that are fly holes. The thing barely fits on the table. Models are barely visible is how ridiculously large it is. In one picture you can see one of the players Arms reaching over it and while he's average height, his arm is not really impressive on the pic

Was notified that i would need a sidekick for #rangersofshadowdeep so i painted this in a matter of 45 minutes.

Yes you probably recognise Boris Johnson in this. It's post apocalyptic BoJo by @FenrisGames and I bought it for my proxy #BloodBowl #CountBBFace team, in case the revised Vampires had a Thrall lineman.

His only purpose is to get his arse kicked.
