When I grew up, there was a term frequently used, #UnderPrivileged. But you don't encounter that term much anymore. I grew up in poverty and know it well. Rich and privileged people complain about being poor, these days. It's become #ChicToPretendToBePoor among the wealthy and privileged who have no concept of what it is like to have to make a choice among food, heat, water, medicine or gas to travel to get to your job.
