[Arizona ] cold two weeks . One came up so far, and grew some fungi too.

Found these guys chillin' in my garden. Looks like the little slugs enjoy them.‍

It's been raining for days on end, which means that the moss is happy, growing shiny and bright green. In this case on a bracket fungus that grows on a tree stump hosting 3 generations of them.

I came across this fungus while pruning a shrub. It’s dry and crumbly like styrofoam.

Slender Parasol mushrooms are fairly common in Britain and Ireland and they also occur across most of Europe. It is edible and tasty but bears a resemblance to some toxic mushrooms!

However, the one is fairly flat, and the other is more cupped like the basic structure of a rose. Not sure if they’re family or what. #moss
