The spring sunshine is finally here. I made coffee jelly. The measuring cup with a spout for tamagoyaki (egg roll) that I bought at Kappabashi the other day was just right for the amount and ease of pouring for the jelly.

It's been warm for the past two days, so I've been thinking about making coffee jelly (even though it's supposed to be cold this weekend). I'm currently reading a book on coffee jelly and thinking of a simple new variation.

Today I did not paint, but I made Traveler's notebook inserts. Paper of choice, Rhodia and Iroful. I added some origami paper to the covers using Nori Paste. All of them are drying under pressure to keep them flat. This is my first time using Nori Paste, so I'm quite excited to see the results. #TravelersNotebook

Ich habe heute Abend meinen Schwiegervater im Krankenhaus besucht. Dort angekommen, merkte ich, dass meine Sling bag offen war und mein geliebtes Traveler‘s Record nicht mehr darin war. Auf dem Weg zwischen Zimmer und Parkplatz lag auch nichts. Klingt bekloppt, aber es hat mir so richtig die Stimmung verhagelt. Bin nach dem Besuch extra nochmal in die Firma, groß war meine Hoffnung jedoch nicht, aber da lag es - ich bin sooo froh, dass ich es wieder habe. #travelersnotebook

I had these 2 a5 Clairefontaine notebooks sliced to travellers notebook size (11cm wide but still a5 height) down at Officeworks today. They didn't charge me, and I am apparently the first person to ask for this at this store
