The Law Commission has identified issues and potential reform/innovation that might support Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (#DAOs), under English law, either now or in future. They don't see the need for a DAO-specific entity, but "a limited liability not-for-profit association with flexible governance options" could be a useful development.
