At my house we use a maxwell house haggadah set from the early 80s.

Last night for the first time in many years I went to someone else's #Passover #Seder (necessitated by staying behind when my wife and son went to visit Daughter # 2).
I was extremely anxious about talk at the Seder potentially degenerating into Zionist propaganda about #Gaza, but fortunately my fears were unfounded. In fact, one of the hosts argued that given what #Israel is doing, we should skip reciting "Pour Out Thy Wrath".

A night of story, memory, freedom.

This video is from my last Seder in Israel — a table full of love, tradition, and meaning. I hold it close.

This year, I’m not at a public Seder. I’m sitting with memory. With family in my heart.

If you’re doing the same — I see you.

You don’t need a crowd to feel the magic. Just a heart open to the story.

May tonight bring freedom, peace, connection, and hope.

And may we remember the 59 hostages still in Gaza. May they come home soon.
