...Actually, it isn't a holly but a 'false' holly (Osmanthus heterophyllus), but I feel the name a bit insulting for the aroma!

As far back as I can remember, I've been able to smell the first significant snowfall of the season. My husband says snow has no scent, but I swear I smell it. The fragrance is a bit like a bit like ozone and the faintest whiff of dust to me. I rarely smell it later in the season. It seems to be a one and done sort of aroma.
Does anyone else smell it?
